We offer a 7 days return policy if the item is brand new,never installed and kept in original packaging.

Item is sold “AS IS”, We only exchange if the item is received defective upon delivery or incorrect item shipped.

All exchange items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the originalpackaging,Please contact us by email or ebay message before u ship out.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances.

Normally, Buyer should be responsible for return shipping postage,unless we shipped the wrong or defective item to you.

For standard returns, please allow up to 8 business days for a refund to be completely processed after your return is delivered back to our warehouse.

Up to 2 business days for your payment provider (credit card company, PayPal, etc.) to complete the refund.

We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 60 days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company.

Warranty Claims

Only items have warranty statement posted on the product detail pages can be eligible for warranty claims.

Not every item is covered by this warranty,repair kits and some items don’t have warranty,Great care has been taken when selecting best quaity parts and packing the kits,complain of missing parts in the kit is unacceptable.

The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred with the exchange. This includes the original freight cost to the customer.

Professional installation is highly recommended.Any damage resulted from incorrect installation ,improper use or lack of maintenance or accident will not be covered by this warranty.

The warranty will be void as Turbocharger or components are used in extreme condition like competition sports or record breaking attempts.

Turbocharger or components will have no warranty when it is damaged by ingestion of foreign matter.
