The G3-min-Flow (Power) was designed and built in the UK by 3 former Garrett Test Engineers whom have a combined total of 60 years in the Industry.

These highly skilled & experienced engineers have designed this machine with the end user in mind.
No complicated set up, easily managed database and software, simple adaptors which can be easily made by the end user.

Advanced Actuator Tester/Programmer

The G3 REA-Master Touch is a standalone turbocharger actuator tester and combined advanced programming tool for service personnel and turbocharger repairers.

The tool is operated via a simple to use 5” Full Colour PCAP touch screen interface, with a unique single touch ‘Auto-Detect’ feature to allow simple connection to almost any type of turbocharger actuator.

Also integrated in to the tool is an advanced reprogramming system for the Garrett® Hella REA® actuators, which can be used to do the following:

 • Reset the end stop positions.
• Set the minimum flow position.
• Copy the actuator settings from one actuator to another.
• Set the actuator to match a specific G-Number using the built in Database.

To copy the settings from one Hella Actuator to another only requires only 4 touches of the screen and can be completed in less than 20 seconds!

The tool can also be used with some Siemens VDO® type actuators to reset the end stop positions after either a new actuator is fitted or the turbocharger has been refurbished.
